Installation of a new plant with clean technology, energy efficiency and productivity levels and internationally competitive efficiency, molinar 500 thousand tons of soybeans a year with the aim of obtaining 85.0 thousand tons of oil refining and 375, 0 thousand tons of soybean meal for animal consumption. Oil refining will be distributed in containers of ½ liter, 1 liter, 4 and 20 liters, eliminating all current national distribution of bulk oil refining. In the country there is only one soybean processing plant and oil refinery in the province of Santiago de Cuba.
