Founded on August 1, 1967, the Caribex Commercial Company exclusively exports a wide range of fish products and imports frozen seafood products to meet the growing demand of the Cuban domestic market.

Integrated with the Business Group of the Food Industry of Cuba (GEIA), Caribex commercializes "The True Treasures of the Caribbean Sea ...", among which is its most precious jewel: the Lobster of Cuba (Panulirus argus), known as " The Queen of the Caribbean "and other species of high commercial value, such as shrimp, crabs, cobos, sponges and sea cucumbers, to which are added products from aquaculture development.

Various species and presentations of frozen fish products (fillets, whole, HG whole and others) are imported through this company as are salmon, mahi-mahi, hake, stoker, jack mackerel, pangasius, squid, among others.
