The ATLAS Refrigerated Transport Company, subordinate to the Business Group of the Food Industry, officially receives and gives the start-up of 20 tractors and semi-trailers to ensure the transportation of meat and fish products from our industry to the whole country. .

Luis Felipe Rodríguez Masip, director of ATLAS emphasized in the increase of the shipments of refrigerated products from the investment that total increases of 41 percent per month.

For its part, Emérido González Lorenzo, Vice-President of Logistics at the GEIA urged to take care of these means that are delivered with the effort of Cuba despite the limitations imposed by the Blockade and reiterates the commitment to transport in a timely manner to the population, tourism and export, refrigerated products of the enterprises of the System.
