The Department of Attention to the Population of the Business Group of the Food Industry, developed a seminar to the specialists that attend this activity in all the entities of the System, with the objective of perfecting the work and giving a quick and efficient answer to the main difficulties encountered In the investigative processes, to disclose the methods and procedures for the investigation of complaints and denunciations, the use of investigative techniques, methodology for the writing of reports and skills for the attention to the press and the population. The Head of the Department, Lidia La Rosa López, together with her specialists and the GEIA communicator, gave lectures in correspondence with the subjects discussed, in an event that began on September 29 in Havana for the western provinces, continuing in Santiago Of Cuba and Holguín, on 22 and 23 November respectively, incorporating the entire eastern region; Concluding the 25th of November in Sancti Spíritus, with the provinces of the center of the country. The seminar met expectations and was also an opportunity for discussion and exchange with those responsible for this activity in companies and in territorial governments.
